I'd like to improve the input return loss of the HMC414MS8G. According to its datasheet, it becomes best at
2.2 GHz as attached. But our RF frequency range is 2.4GHz to 2.5GHz and the return loss of this range is not good -10dB to -8dB.
I need to shift the best value (-16dBm) from at 2.2GHz to between 2.4GHz and 2.5GHz by changing external components if possible.
So I need the input and the output impedance information (Zin, Zout at 2.4G~2.5GHz) to find where they are in Smith Chart.
Zin=A+jB, Zout=C+jD (I also would like to shift the output return loss as well)
Would you let me know Zin and Zout at 2.4G~2.5GHz value?
