AD9253在95MHz时钟下采样10MHz信号出现的杂波问题

使用AD芯片采集10MHz的正弦波,调节时钟DCO频率分别为90MHz,95MHz,100MHz时候,观察测量信号的频谱如下三个图所示,尤其在时钟为95MHz时出现许多杂波。(AD芯片为AD9253-125MHz,模拟信号输入端已经进行低通滤波,在30MHz处衰减达到15dB)。目标是在95MHz时钟下消除杂波、提高AD的动态范围,请问应如何解决?
