is this possible to measure signal close to DC (>=1Hz) with usage of AD9268?
If yes. could you advice how to do it with AD9268-125EBZ - anything special needed here?

The short answer is yes........the AD9268 is capable of measuring signals down to DC but one may need to average more samples to attenuate the 1/f thermal noise that exists at the low frequencies as well as "calibrate" the intrinsic dc offset of the ADC and the driver to get an accurate measurement. In general.......there are better ADC devices that may be suited for DC/low frequency accuracy...........if high sample rate is not required to sample higher frequencies.
With regard to the AD9268-EBZ, it contains the AL5565 (CHB) configured as differential ADC driver (ac coupled) with output filter. The ADL5565 states that it can be configured for "DC coupled single-ended inputs" but does not show example in the datasheet. If you want to try reconfiguring the ADL5565 on the AD9268-EBZ for DC coupling........I suggest you "cut and paste" my response and re-post your question with ADL5565 as subject matter.
