ADUM4135 can accept 1MHz input signal? The application is 1MHz Isolated Half Bridge Converter and
I'm not sure ADUM4135 can cover 1MHz drive signal due to no information in its datasheet.
The ADuM4135 can accept a 1 MHz signal, but the limiting factor will be power dissipation within the chip. The minimum pulse width guaranteed by the datasheet is 50 ns, so 1 MHz is well within this number, but we must consider the load being driven in order to give an application specific maximum frequency.
The "Power Dissipation" section of the ADuM4135 datasheet details how to see how much power will be dissipated within the IC during operation.
