I'm interested in using the ADL5315 to monitor the DC power on an extended InGaAs photodiode. The incident light will have a DC component around 100 uW and a variable level AC signal at 50 kHz. The photodiode will be biased at 1V. We have a standard TIA design for measuring the AC, but bandwidth limitations with regard to I-inpt current in the datasheet has me concerned the ADL5315 may not be able to keep up with the AC component. Am I misinterpreting this spec? Is additional capacitance recommended at the photodiode to provide high frequency performance?
