ADV7441a Analog video rolling wavy lines

Hello,

I am using the ananlog YPbPr section of the 7441a and I am getting some very subtle lines that roll through the image.  It is most noticeable in the interlaced modes specifically 1080i60, 1080i50, 480i and 576i.  Also, it is more visable where there is a transition from black to white and also there are larger horizontal wave in the picture at the top.  The progressive inputs of 1080P60, 50, 30, 25 are not as noticeable.  Are there register setting in the 7441a to remove this?  I did not use the recommended analog inputs since I did not want to use any vias from my input video connector to the part and instead used the mux built into the part.  The current register settings I am using for 1080i50 are as follows with the register followed by the value.
