in the datasheets of the AD7357 AD7356 and AD7357 there is no information about an offset or gain error drift (over temperature). But the Positive Full-Scale Error and the Negative Full-Scale Error is defined.
Is any temperature drift included in the Positive and Negative Full-Scale Error? Can I cool down for example the AD7357BRUZ to -40°C and warm it up to +85°C, and the offset and gain error are equal or below the Positive and Negative Full-Scale Error?
To get the overall error, do I have to add the INL to the Full-Scale Error, or ist the INL part of the Full-Scale Error?
