I am testing one of your DAC at low frequency Fout (<20MHz) but cannot reproduce you SFDR and harmonic distortion results. Can you help?
As the AC distortion of our DAC at low frequencies is usually very good (SFDR > 80dBc), the measuring equipment is often the limiting factor: The CW tone created by the DAC could create distortion in the spectrum analyzer.
To measure this level of performance in our labs, we use a notch filter at the fundamental frequency to minimize the instrument distortion. There is usually a small attenuation of the other frequencies that needs to be calibrated out but this should help you getting measurements closer to our datasheet.
