What's the temperature drift of the output of EVAL-AD5790 ?
Or whether there is any other DAC(20 bit) evaluation borads with low
temperature drift (<=5ppm)?
AD5790 has three temperature coefficients which can be found in Table 2 of the AD5790 data sheet.
You may want to check the AD5791. It is also a 20-bit DAC with a ±1 LSB INL.
But that's the temperature coefficient of the chip not the output of the board. The resistor, amplifier and the voltage reference, all would add temperature drift to the output, I'd like to know that.
Unfortunately, that data is not characterized. In theory, you may write a formula that would describe the temperature coefficient of the evaluation board as a whole.
