AD9361_Filter_Wizard fails at Fixed Point toolbox check

I pulled the ad936x-filter-wizard latest from Github, and I receive an error stemming from the Fixed Point toolbox check at line 362 in internal_design_filter.m. My machine does not have the necessary license but a fixed point filter function is called and produces an error.

The conditional statement below will return true since the Fixed Point toolbox is installed in my enterprise version of Matlab but I don't have a license for the toolbox.

~isempty(ver('fixedpoint'))

However, I would suggest changing that conditional statement to the below conditional, which should return true if the license for the Fixed Point Designer Toolbox is available, not installation. I found the necessary information from the following Stack Overflow post (which drew from the Matworks forums.) How would one check for installed MATLAB toolboxes in a script/function? - Stack Overflow

license('test','Fixed_Point_Toolbox')

Thanks.
