Problem programming AD9854 Eval.Board through SPI

I'm facing a problem on my AD9854 Evaluation Board, when trying to command the frequency through the serial interface SPI.

Nowadays the only way I have to command the board, is first connecting the paralell cable to a computer and using the Analog application commanding the device. Then, I remove the paralell cable and attach my serial cable to J10, and I command any frequency or mode to the DDS without problem.

For making it work, I need to have all the jumpers W9,11,12,13,14 and 15 attached in contradiction to the information of the datasheet. If I remove these jumpers the commands are not properly executed.

Additionally if I tried to program through SPI before commanding with the paralell cable and ADI application, the device does not realize from the commands. I have checked the connections and I send a Master reset before programming, but I don't know what am I missing.

Any recommendations?
