GNURadio Segmentation Fault with gr-iio

On October 7th, I installed GNURadio on my laptop under Debian 8 using pybombs in an attempt to develop with the FMCOMMS2 and the Zedboard.  The installation of GNURadio and gr-iio went flawlessly, but while running the fmreceiver example that came with the installation there was an error.  The GNURadio return code error was -11.

Using the generated "top_block.py" and pdb, I did a little investigating as to where the issue was being generated.

I would be greatly appreciative of any help or solutions!  Thank you ahead of time!
