My customer plans to use the HMC1093 at the multi-channel phased array antenna.
Then, performance is better, but Idd is large, considering the heat dissipation.
If customer try to reduce the Idd, how about range is variable Vdd Adjustment ?
VDD-10%(3V, 2.9V, 2.8V, 2.7V)?, or not recommend ?
Is the electrical specifications vs variable Vdd data available to provide ?
For example, conversion loss, IP3, IP1dB.
