Problem with AD7612 on our custom board

Hi,

We have done our own customized board (PCB) having AD7612 ADCs, having FPGA and other digital components.

We had the idea of making the AD7612 to work in MASTER (SERIAL) mode.

Please find the schematic pdf attached.

We have done the interconnections for MASTER (SERIAL) mode looking into the data sheet of AD7612.

But, we are not getting any outputs from SDCLK or SDOUT or BUSY signals.

We have tested the voltage levels at different power pins (using multimeter) and observed the voltage levels at different power pins are fine.

Kindly look into the schematics and let us know the issue at the earliest.

 

 

The different connections that have been made are as follows:

Pin 1: AGND: GND

Pin 2: AVDD : +5V

Pin 3: AGND : GND

Pin 4: BYTESWAP : GND

Pin 5: OB_2CBAR : +3.3V

Pin 6: WARP  : GND

Pin 7: IMPULSE : +3.3V

Pin 8: SER_PARBAR : +3.3V  (SERIAL MODE SETTING)

Pin 9: D0: Unconnected

Pin 10: D1 : Unconnected

Pin 11: D2_DIVSCLK : Unconnected

Pin 12: D3_DIVSCLK : Unconnected

Pin 13: D4_EXT_INTBAR: GND  (MASTER MODE)

Pin 14 : D5_INVSYNC : GND

Pin 15 : D6_INVSCLK : GND

Pin 16 : D7_RDC_SDIN : GND

Pin 17 : OGND : GND

Pin 18 : OVDD : +3.3V

Pin 19 : DVDD : +5 V

Pin 20 : DGND : GND

Pin 21 : D8_SDOUT : SDOUT connected to FPGA device

Pin 22 : D9_SDCLK : SDCLK connected to FPGA device

Pin 23 : D10_SYNC : SYNC connected to FPGA device

Pin 25 : D12_HW_SWBAR: +3.3 V (Since i am making ADC configuration on board by providing inputs to different configuration pins)

Pin 29 : BUSY : BUSY connected to FPGA device

Pin 30 : TEN : +3.3V

Pin 31 : RDBAR : GND

Pin 33 : RESET : Connected to Push button switch

Pin 35 : CNVSTBAR : GND

Pin 36 : BIPOLAR : +3.3V

Pin 37 : REF : Connected to GND via 47uF capacitor
