Recognition problem in AD9959 Evaluation Software

We have several AD9959 evaluation board connected to Windows 7. Five of them are recognized by the computer and the AD9958/59 Evaluation Software, but one of them is not recognized by the evaluation software (i.e. the hadrware does not appear at "Select Evaluation Board" window), though the hardware itself is recognized as an ADI Evaluation Systems at Windows' device manager.

 

The symptom happened after a power outage, where computer kept running but the power to the evaluation board once went away. We tried to restart the computer, reconnect the cable, and reinstall the driver, but the situation did not change. 3.3 V and 1.8 V are correctly supplied to the evaluation board, and the amount of the current drawn from the power supply is normal. How can we get the connection back? Or should we simply replace the evaluation board to a new one?
