ADM3260 on 2 layer board, is it really possible?

Im starting to work with ADM3260 the problem is that the adm is a dc to dc converter and uses high frequency switching elements to transfer power through its transformer. The recommendation is to have special care during designing PCB. The datasheet recommends consulting "Recommendations for Control of Radiated Emissions with iso Power Devices" http://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/data-sheets/ADM3260.pdf  but the document is about 4-layer pcb.

The point is

¿ADM3260 on 2 layer board is really possible? ¿what are your recommendations?

The same datasheet says "If grounded enclosures are not possible, follow good RF design practices in the layout of the PCB"  but I dont understand the concept "grounded enclosures".

Do I have to connect the grounds of both stages? and how it should be done?
