Standalone Flash Programmer & "M" processors

I'm using the Standalone Flash Programmer to program the flash on our custom BF-547M board. During the call to LoadDriver it displays a message

"Trying to load "ADSP-BF547M" exectable into "ADSP-BF547" session. Continue?

Thus it appears to incorrectly detecting the processor. It behaves correctly when using a BF-548 EZLITE board, and when using the IDE. Is there any way to stop this message?

(Note : I am using VisualDSP++ 5.0 Update 9).

I am also having some trouble with the flash programmer corrupting the memory of the host process. I am using a C++ (/clr) program (Visual Studio 2005), and during the call to LoadProgram, it gets an C++ std::runtime_error exception in a call to fclose. This seems to corrupt the process memory, and whilst the first promming attempt is successful, subsequent attempts fail due to corrupted memory.

Thanks
