ADIS16480 large gyro bias and output drifts

When using the ADIS16480 for integrated navigation, abnormal outputs of gyroscope sensor occurred frequently. At the beginning of navigation applications, the output of the gyroscope sensors are quite normal. However after about 10-20mins, abnormal output ocurrs that the gyro output can jump to several tens of deg/s or begin to drift.
