We don't test this in production, so I can't guarantee a value for you, but measuring a physical part, at 1 Mhz, 0.5 V input, the capacitance from VDDA to GNDA and VDDB to GNDB is about 65 pF.
Are you asking for the suggested capacitance to place between VDDA and GNDA? We suggest to place a 0.1 µF in parallel with a 10 µF capacitor for most MOSFET/IGBT loads. If the MOSFET/IGBT gate charge is low and the switching frequency is also low, a 1 µF capacitor could be used instead of the 10 µF.

I don't know what the parasitic capacitance between VDDA and GNDA will do across temperature. Usually, the parasitic capacitance is so small compared to the decoupling capacitance that must be placed on the power rail that it doesn't matter, so we don't pay attention to the exact value.
