Could you help provide Thermal Impedance θJC ofAD71056?
There is θJA in datasheet but no θJC

Unfortunately as you mentioned, the value is not available in the data sheet but I can certainly look into it for you. Although, this is quite an old part and therefore finding this information may take some time.
As a side note, the AD71056 has been used extensively with no thermal resistance problems reported in the past. Is there a particular concern you have that I could help with?
This product will be sealed to avoid water and use shunt resistrr to measure current.
so the shunt resistor will be hot and rise up temperature inside the control box.
We need to calculate temperature values on AD71056 to make sure it will work fine.
It will be helpful if you can find out θJC parameter.

I was able to get updated θJA and θJC values for you; ϴJA = 87.71°C/W and ϴJC = 44.09°C/W.

But θJA in datasheet is 124.9°C/W, it's different from your data.
Is any typo in datasheet?
These are the most recent values found for the AD71056 and will be corrected in the data sheet in the next revision. I recommend using the updated values I have given you in this discussion.
