Could you please suggest me a comparator which can driver the 50ohm load. Currently we have used ADCMP600 in our design.

The application is to drive the 50ohm load at the MMCX connector. For example, in our case the CLPD generates a 10MHz clock and this will be fed to a spectrum analyser as sync signal, In other way, a clock of 10MHz is fed in to our board (To CPLD) as a external sync. the power supply is 3.3V and attached is the schematic for your reference. Please let me know if there is any pin compatible replacement for existing comparator.

Sorry for the delayed response. Thank you for sharing us your schematics. I'm still contacting the product expert for your application so we could able to suggest the suitable part for this. Unfortunately, there are no other parts that come out with 5-lead SOT23 aside from ADCMP600, have you already built a board for this?
The board is under revision and we have identified that the existing circuitry doesn't drive the 50ohm load. I would appriciate if you could suggest me the part which is suitable for my application no matter the pin count/package matches with the existing. I was just interested if there could be a pin/package compatible part to have one to one replacement.

Again, my apologies for the delayed response. ADCMP600 is designed to drive CMO/TTL loads, i.e. high impedance load. Something like the ADCMP606 would be more suitable as it is designed to drive 50-ohm loads that are terminated to VCCO, i.e. CML logic. The ADCMP606 can also be used in a ground referenced CML configuration which is shown in the datasheet and may be of use to you.
