I have a question about ADG849YKSZ is dead.

Inform me why ADG849YKSZ is dead.
What exactly do you mean by "it is good working first time"?
Was it working fine until you changed the logic value on the IN pin or when the part goes through a power cycle?
If you could provide oscilloscope screenshots of the source/drain pins and the IN logic pin before and after the failure occurs that would be very helpful.
To help understand the issue better maybe you could explain the failure mode you are experiencing?
From looking at the schematic I can see that S1 is connected to the same potential as VDD. When switching, charge injection can cause overshoot on the signal and since it is so cause to the rail the absolute maximum rating could be exceeded causing a latch up condition.
Something else to look out for is power supply sequencing. If the source voltage is present before VDD then the absolute maximum rating could be validated which can cause a latch up condition. Since S1 and VDD are both connected to the same supply this could be the issue.

I explain a problem.
IN is floating. Just pull down 4.7kohm resistor.
VDD and S1 is same net of 3.3Vdc.
S2 is not of 1.8Vdc
D is output power for SD card I/F.
So, D is default 3.3Vdc.
It is good working first time.
But D is no output(0Vdc).
That is the problem.
Please, Inform me this problems.
