ADA4627-1 and ADA4637-1 have NULL pins which are offset adjust pins. If I do not plan to use offset adjust what should I do with the NULL pins? Leave it floating or use 100k Ohm pull-up resistors?
Just leave the NULL pins floating or "NC" in your case. Frequently Asked Question | Analog Devices
Thank you for the reply.
You're welcome. I once used ADA4627-1 in one application circuit that I worked on. I just left the NULL pins hanging and the part just worked well.
With any op amp that has null pins, adjusting the offset to zero will affect the TCVos, so in the
case of the ADA4627 that is laser trimmed at room and hot, you would improve the offset
a little bit at room, but the tempco would get worse, so over temp, you probably would
have a larger error. JFET inputs are much more sensitive to unbalance. The ADA4627
is very similar to a competitor's part that is only available in SOIC. So for the LFCSP,
we deliberately decided to NOT bring out the offset terminals.
