Now that I can compile and build the demo firmware project, I can get on with my evaluation work.  That is, make a simple demo of full-screen

PIP.  I went into blimp for the demo project, and changed the extosd object to be full size 1280x720, and also set the resolution likewise.

Compiled and loaded it, and it made no difference whatsoever.  The PIP is still about 1/4 screen size.

So next I poked around in extosd_control.c and .h, where I noticed the PIP appears to be forced to SVGA size, regardless of the settings in

the blimp project.  I did one test by changing the following:

WAS: #define EXTOSD_SMALL_PIC_VIC     VIC_SVGA    /* VIC_EGA, VIC_QVGA */

IS: #define EXTOSD_SMALL_PIC_VIC     VIC_720P60

Compiled and loaded that code, same result.  The PIP is stuck at 1/4 screen.

Q: What else do I need to change in the code, in order to actually change the size of the PIP?
