What is the differential input impedance of ADC input in ADuCM360. Suppose i apply input between AIN4 and Ain5 what impedance i will see. Is it dependent on the gain programmed inside ADC.

So for the buffered modem, which in higher gains you require for all your input types, the impedance is as specified in the data sheet at that two inputs of max. 2nA.
Yes, to some extend it is related to the selected gain, but for all gain stages > 1 it is for a single input 1 or 2 nA typical, as specified in the data sheet for different inputs in buffered mode. So for the 2 differential inputs you ask about it is for each 2nA typical - but also keep the change over temperature in mind.
In un-buffered mode it is 500nA/V.
Actually i will require a numerical value of input impedance at each gain because i am connecting various sensors to adc input like RTD , bridge pressure sensor etc having different sensor input impedance. With this information we generate a scale factor. For example i will have various voltage ranges(connected in differential fashion) like 0 to 5mv, 0 to 10mv, 0 to 100mv or 1 to 1.5v (coming from sensor), off course these ranges will be at different gains, so in those cases how shall i calculate differential input impedance, Just give me hint.
