I would like to check the possibility of using MEMS IMU as feedback sensor for active vibration isolation system.

For this application the sensor noise is the most critical specification. In addition, the noise is critical at the low frequency range only, i.e. between 1Hz to 100 Hz.

What is lowest noise level that I can get from MEMS IMU?

What is Power Spectrum Density of the noise? Is it white?
