Amplify and level shift output from voltage comparator

I recently purchased the ADCMP606 evaluation board to serve as a pulse generator with fast going rise and fall times. As the output is a transition from logic low to logic high, with the difference between the levels being a few hundred millivolts, I need a way to amplify that voltage difference up to around 5V (preferably with variable gain control). Additionally, I would like to be able to introduce some sort of level shift so as to bring logic low down to 0 volts and therefore produce a pulse which goes from 0 to 5 volts while still maintaining the sharp rising and falling edge. I've looked at several amplifiers but I'm still unsure as to which one would be the most applicable. If anyone could shed some light or direction it would be much appreciated. Thank you.
