I've got a question. I feed a Sine wave (1 MHz) to AD9643 (CLK: 100MHz) and read the digital output via Chipscope.
I attached the ADC outputs. In attachments: Capture2.png, the first row is DCO (after buffering) and the second row is the ADC output data (DDR). why in some points the DCO stops? why the DCO period is varying?
Also, I Attached Capture.png in which the plot of ADC output data (after converting DDR to SDR) exists. The sine wave is converted but it is distorted. Why this is so?
May someone tell me the problem with DCO and the distorted digital output data?
