Is there any error checking for the on-chip kernel and the memory locations where factory calibrations are stored?
The entire information space (kernel + calibrationvalues) is included in a checksum calculation.
During factory testing, a checksum is logged into a specific location in theinformation space of flash.
A hardware CRC is executed after a reset sequence, if there is an error caused by a mismatch with the factory value, the kernel does not execute and FEESTA.6 error flag is set - see the userguide.
