In my board, Analog input feed to differential pair AIN1 and AIN2.

Is it correct to say this? :

when 0V, output = 32768

when positive, output greater than 32768

when negative, output less than 32768

Based on the details that you provided, I would assume that you selected the 16-bit word length in your data output and the ADC is configured in bipolar operation. With this, you will have a total of 65536(decimal) codes available and it is correct that the output code is 32768(decimal) when the differential input voltage is 0V. It is also correct that when the differential input voltage (AIN1-AIN2) is positive the output code is greater than 32768(decimal) and less than 32768(decimal) when the differential input voltage (AIN1-AIN2) is negative.

Are the output codes on the table the actual values that you read on the ADC when you applied the corresponding differential input voltages?
