What would be the maximum current or the impedance of the Vout and MSBout pins on the AD5932. I've searched the datasheet and I can't find any info. I only have the idea that those pins are weak outputs.

If you're going to look at the specifications:
They can sink 1 mA current if driven low. I apologize but there are no exact data that supports for logic high condition. The reason for that is, the data are guaranteed by design instead of being taken from a characterization process.
I saw that, but that data only concerns digital outputs. Therefore, it may be referring to MSBout (although I find it strange, because it has a buffer), but Vout is an analog output. This may be an issue if I'm using 50Ohm loads.
Sorry if I replied late. Yes, it would have problems if connected with 50 ohm load since MSBout is just a regular CMOS output. Its not enough to drive a very low resistive load. I suggest to use another buffer and do not solely rely on the one provided internal in the IC. My understanding is that the internal buffer only serve as an isolation but not to drive a 50 ohm load. As an example, you can use ADA4897-1 or ADA4891-1 which has 80 mA to 125 mA driving capabilities offering an enough margin to properly drive your 50 ohm load.
