ADum347X overshoot

Hi,

I'm using 3 off ADuM3471s and 1 off ADuM3473 on a single PCB.  When power is applied I see an output voltage overshoot of approx 50%, so that the 3 off 5V/5V converters reach 7.5V, and the 5V/12.5V converter 18V .

The peak is reached about 1.5ms after power is applied.

Is there anyway I can reduce this voltage overshoot to below the levels where things will get broken?

 

I would also like to check on the current drawn downstream of the converters.  Can I apply dc power to the output stage and measure current drawn or will powering the output damage the ADum part?
