Hi I am currently using AD7679A in a design. The new requirement for my subsystem is to sample a signal at 550khz. In the the spec sheet. The chip says it can work at 570,000 samples/second but maximum conversion time is 1.5us, which leads me to belive there will be issues at above 500Khz but I don’t know how to quantify this since the chips throughput is stated as 570kSPS.
Can this device be used above 500Khz?
If i use the device above 500khz what artifacts can i expect?
