I would like to get S-parameters for the HMC424ALP3E and HMC642ALC5. Could anyone provide it here? Thank you in advance.

Unfortunately, s-parameters data de-embedded to the package leads of the HMC424ALP3E is not available yet. We only have overall s-parameters data (including eval board losses) at the moment.
We have a long list of RF control products including the HMC424ALP3E to be characterized for de-embedded s-parameter performance. We will put the de-embedded s-parameter data files on the HMC424ALP3E product web page when it is characterized but I am afraid it will not be soon.
Is it possible to share these overall s-parameters (including the losses of eval board) with us?
Our customer will accept this data at this initial stage.
Yes but I need to put the s-parameter data in touchstone format so I require some lead time. I can send the files next week.

I see the S parameters for the HMC624, but not for the HMC424A. Can you provide those as well?
I attached the data set of HMC424ALP3E s-parameters at all attenuation states. Note that the eval board losses was not de-embedded.

There are no legend in these files. Please clarify do both files have eval-board losses not de-embedded?
For Amplifiers and Phase Shifters, unless otherwise noted all spar files represent Evaluation Board performance.
This is also the case for HMC642ALC5, attached file on previous post is not de-embedded.
Could you please check for S-parameters for HMC641ALP4E as well?
