Dear all

I'll use AD8015 for a photodiode amplifier(I to V converter).

My goal is use photodiode to monitor my pulse train(repetition rate:76MHz)

But I'm not pretty sure how to use this IC.

Do I only need to connect my photodiode to pin2 ,+5V to pin8 and pin7 will output the signal?

The part I don't understand is what's the fiber optic receiver means?

Are the Quantizer and clock recovery be necessary for use this IC?

The signal I want is R*I(t).

So does this IC satisfied my needs?

Does the photodiode frequency response performance decided by IC design?

Does there any recommended circuit to my case?

Thanks
