We are designing a system using the ADE 7878A to measure high values of voltage and current. Obviously, taking into consideration the difference between the values from the measured system and the allowed input signal range for the ADE 7878A, we are considering doing all measurements using shunt resistors. Our concern here is with the proper protection/isolation of the signal coming from the shunts and going into the ADE due to possible oscillations. That being said, I just would like to check if anyone would have suggestions to properly protect/isolate the ADE from those oscillations.
