I am trying to program AD9951 DDS chip and I find the datasheet very complicated.
I haven't programmed any DDS chip so far and this is the first one. I can't see any serial timing chart in the datasheet. Actually, I found the AD9833 datasheet very simple and useful but the AD9951 is too complicated.
I need an example showing the sequence of digits sent for CFR1, CFR2, ASF, ARR, FTW0, and POW0 in 2-wire serial port mode.
It seems that the user should send a byte for determining the register name! I am wondering why we can't use just three bits for that; because there are only 6 register names which can easily declared by three bits.
