AD7193 ADC input during ESD strike

Hi,

 

We use AD7193 for our wheatstone bridge application. Normally the differential voltage is +/- 100mV maximum.

During ESD test, the sensor is exposed to 8KV of ESD pulse. This high voltage is read as 2V or greater by the ADC

This voltage does not get discharged even after removal of ESD

How do I discharge this voltage from ADC so that it reads correct wheatstone bridge voltage after ESD pulse is removed.

Is there a voltage discharge method
