KC705/Vivado with FMC AD9739A

I am trying to use the KC705 FPGA evaluation board with the FMC AD9739A board.  I have a few issues:

  1. for the FMC AD9739A appears to be out of date.  Where do I go to get all of the files needed to use the board?
Example: When I try to retrieve the no-OS Software (AD9739A driver, ADF4350 driver, etc.), GitHub tells me "This is not the web page you are looking for.". When I search GitHub for 9739A, nothing is found.
  2. I can't find the ISE project files using any of the download links.  Where can I find them?
  3. One of the required software items is the Xilinx ISE design suite 14.4.  However, the KC705 evaluation kit supports only Vivado and not ISE.  After I am able to download the ISE project files I will try to convert the project to Vivado. Is there anything I need to know about the conversion process?  Has anyone done this before, and are the Vivado project files available?
