UART Slave Boot Mode on BF518 EZ-KIT

I am working on BF518 EZ-KIT and my application boots in ‘UART slave boot mode’(BMODE =7) using ldrviewer utility.

On the EZ-KIT, there is a Pull-up register on the HWAIT pin. So, according to documentation, it should work as CTS signal. SW10 is configured properly.

But booting fails….

I probed the HWAIT signal and

- during and immediately after reset, the pull-up makes the signal level high.

- then, at some point the signal goes low for some time.

- and then returns to a high level and stays that way.

I would also say that HWAIT signal is not proper (high level is around 2.5V).

I am not sure why it is happening like this? Why Blackfin is providing inactive CTS after some time?
