Hi,All. We purchased three batches of HMC6000 chips from authorized distributor. All the chips are tested using the same configuration words(refering to the configuration of the evaluation kit). The former two batches of chips function normally. However, the last batches of chips, with the total number of 40 and the lot number of  VK23, encounter the same problem, i.e., the VCO in the chip is unlocked.  It is very confusing. For the last batches of chips, the monitoring register word in row 15 is read with ROW15<7:6> = 11, indicating that the VCO control voltage is above the lock window. To keep the VCO control voltage within the lock window,  How to revise the configuration words? Thanks!
