I would like to see the common-mode step response data of AD8216 ,like as AN-1308.
My apologies for the delayed reply. Just like in AN-1308, a 1kHz-60Vpp square wave was set as an input for the AD8216. The set up was in split supply configuration, with a 5V supply.

An evaluation for common mode step response of AD8216 on 3 temperatures (-40°C, 25°C and 125°C) was done as well. The input applied was a sweep of 40V Step Edge from 50nS to 300nS rise time, the graphs below show the result of the measurements.
The results show that the falling edge is clearly more sensitive to the common mode step, particularly at 125°C.

I had a question about the input slew rate of these evaluations.
But you had mention that data already.
