Can you give me an idea of what the bias current of the PWDN pin would be on the AD8361 over temperature? It is spec'd a 1uA typical at 25C but I need to know what it would be from -40C to +70C?
This has not been characterized on AD8361. If you look at the newer ADL5501, you can see that there is a spread between typical (0.05 uA) and max (0.1uA) that is a factor of two. In this case the typical number would be at 25 degC and the max number would be at one of the temperature extremes. If you apply a similar logic to AD8361, that would indicate the bias current increasing to maybe 2uA.
This is just a guideline based on similarity. If you are driving the AD8361 from a source that has very little drive current available (say less than 5 uA), you should measure the typical bias current vs. temp variation.
