I built an interface with a CY7C68013A for order a ADF4350 the driver is correctly installed with the VID / PID 0456/b403 but the soft always says NO USB it's possible that the software looks for another information thats VID/PID
It should be possibe to reprogram the PID by unzipping the attached, double clicking EEPROM.v103.exe and loading RFL_USB_Adapter_Board.hex to the evaluation board.
If it does not work, I recommend returning the evaluation board through your sales channels.
If you perform a disconnect and reconnect using the Disconnect USB / Connect USB button (with the USB cable connected) it should find the hardware. If not it may be that the PID is not written correctly, but all boards are tested before shipment.
It could also be that if the board was connected before software installation that it may be necessary to remove
It may be necessary to follow the instructions below to correct for this.
I tested the software and CY7C68013A with the vid / pid loaded into the ram and not in the eeprom, I think that's the problem, the software looks for the vid / pid in eeprom !! Can you confirm this?
Ok thank you Everything is back to normal after the reprogramming of the eeprom
