Can you describe the power supply sensitivity in the AD7626 datasheet?
The power supply sensitivity for the AD7626 in the specification table on page 3 is specified using an external reference and tells the customer If the supply (VDD1 or VDD2) varies by 5%, the ADC output code will have typically less than ½ LSB of error. That’s a representation of DC PSRR.
For example, If the 5V supply has a ripple of 250mV and say it generates ½ LSB error (31.25uV) in the ADC output code, then the PSRR would be ~ 78dB (=20*log(31.25uV/250mV)).
