ADV7188 configuration - Y/C in AIN1 and AIN4

Hello all,
  
    I want to configure ADV7188 to accept Y/C on AIN1 and AIN4 channels in 10 bit mode. This is the script that I
obtained from this forum. Are all this registers required? becoz ADV7183 needed only a few registers to be configured.
In the below script first line , does 42 indicate the slave address, 03 the register address and 00 the data?

What change need be made to the below script to meet my requirements?

Any help in this matter is highly appreciated.
