About HMC735LP5E frequency drift v.s tempature

Dear Sir,

 

It's found the nonlinear frequency drift v.s temperature change during 24 to 38 celsius degree as attached.

Just would like to confirm is it normal ? If it's nonlinear, how can I make frequency compensation while extreme temp condition ?
