I'm using an AD-FMCOMMS1-EBZ board to generate signals with the Tx output.
My problem is that the power of the generated signal is normalized.
Is there any way to control the output power of the signal ?
Scaling is only for the internal DDS. The DMA interface is a "pass-through"-- any pre-processing must either be done by the processor or modifications in the hardware.
Are you using the no-os or the Linux system?
In Linux, there is a window that should give you control over the the TX and RX in terms of scale, phase, Frequency and LO frequency.

I'm using Linux but all what i can control:
For DAC: frequency, Interpolation, center shift.
For LO; Frequency and spacing.

There is no option to control the scale in TX.
Can you please take a picture of the window setup you are using to control the I/O's and post it here.
Actually i can control the scaling if i'm using a one CW tone:
