I have questions about ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS of digital output of ADV7282-M.
My customer uses INTRQ pin as "Drive high when active" (INTRQ_OP_SEL[1:0]="10").
In this case, we think the ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATION is as follows:
Output High Voltage VOH = min 2.4V
Condition : DVDDIO = 3.3 V, ISOURCE = 0.4 mA
(from Datasheet P.4)
I have questions about ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS in this case.
The condition is DVDDIO = 3.3 V.
When DVDDIO voltage slightly goes down, does the output voltage slightly go down, too?
For example, when DVDDIO voltage is 3.2V, does Voh min become about 2.3V (2.4-0.1)?
The condition is ISOURCE = 0.4 mA.
When the value of source current goes down, does the output voltage goes up?
For example, when DVDDIO voltage is 3.3V and Isource=0.2mA, does Voh min become about 2.85V ?
If question 1 and question 2 is yes, how much is the value of Isource which Voh min can be 2.5V with DVDDIO = 3.2 V ?
Of course you don't have to guarantee these.
We want your opinion as reference.
My customer uses ADV7282-M with DVDDIO = 3.3 V.
But the lower limit of the power is 3.2V.
He thinks Voh does not go down to 2.4V if Isource is below 0.4mA.
