CLDP Failed to Connect to Processor

Hi.

I am trying to load a SigmaStudio program on to an ADSP-21489 EZ Lite Kit. I have followed the instructions here: FAQ: Is it possible to generate an application LDR with schematic code and parameter embedded in it? and now have an *.ldr file that I want to load into the flash on the EZ Kit using the debug agent.

I am using this command:

cldp

  -proc ADSP-21489

  -emu KIT

  -driver "C:\Analog Devices\ADSP-21489_EZKIT-Rel1.0.0\21489_EZ-Board\Examples\Device_Programmer\serial\21489_m25p16_dpia.dxe"

  -cmd prog

  -erase affected

  -format hex

  -file "C:\Users\Cory\CrossCore Embedded Studio\examples\SigmaStudioForSHARC.sharc_2.2.0\Demo-app\ldr\ss_app_sh489.ldr"

as listed in the Readme for the Device Programmer file.

This is what CLPD outputs:

Target          Sharc Emulators/EZ-KIT Lites

Platform        ADSP-21489 EZ-KIT Lite via Debug Agent

Processor       ADSP-21489

Driver          C:\Analog Devices\ADSP-21489_EZKIT-Rel1.0.0\21489_EZ-Board\Examples\Device_Programmer\serial\21489_m25p16_dpia.dxe

Error: [TpsdkServer] Failed to connect to processor.

Error: 0xffffffff

Error Description:

I have double checked the JTAG DIP-switches and they are all set according to the schematic in their default positions. What else could be causing clpd to not find the processor?
